Every time that Tony Passarell’s name came up for his turn for a post, I was always too busy to digitize the hundreds of cassettes from his collection. I finally get some of his tapes done this week and I go to process them… they are all 4 track recordings. If anyone has a 4 track to donate to the archive, let me know. I have no way to play these back!

Tony’s son Charlie is working to keep the improv jazz scene going in Sacramento- he has a show with some folks tomorrow (July 2) for Two Rivers Jazz Night. If you like this, there is more where this came from.
