Two Cow Garage- Press Club, Sacramento Ca. 6/22/15 Multicam

Hard to believe that this was my first time seeing TCG, since they have been through town so many times. I saw Micah solo, but never the band. They were great, but only about 20 people showed up. I overexposed one of the cameras a bit, sorry about that. Philip Garcia was there, and you can see the back of Joe McKinney head all night! Taped with Canon HFG30 w/Rode Video Pro mic & Canon HFG10. Thanks as always to Age Porf for the multicam edits.

The Troublemakers- Old Ironsides, Sacramento Ca 6/20/15 Part 1 Garage Rock!

I’ve been lame and late to the party regarding these guys. They are legendary in Sacramento, but I have never seen them. My friend Heather was here from Chicago and I convinced her to go, so I headed over and they BLEW ME AWAY. If you ever want to see complete raw energy coming off a stage, you should see these guys. They are playing Burger Boogaloo next week- don’t miss it! I love the way that they end the set.

The Mr. T Experience- Concerts in the Park, Cesar Chavez Park 6/19/15 Multicam with Soundboard Audio

When the concerts in the park schedule was released, I could not believe my eyes. The Mr. T Experience was playing #CIP2015! Filming the show was a challenge- there was a ton of people there so I strapped 2 cameras to the light poles by the stage, and I used my monopod back by the soundboard. Filmed with 1 HFG30 camera, and 2 HFG10’s. Thanks to Agelos for the edit. He said he was not happy with it due to computer limitations but I think it turned out great. The only flaw is that Frank’s guitar is not prominent enough in the soundboard mix. Otherwise good. Enjoy- they were the best I had ever seen them!

7 Seconds- Starlite Lounge, Sacramento Ca. 6/18/15 digital master soundboard surprise show hardcore

7 seconds were on a big tour(nationwide?) with Success and The Briggs. When they played Sacramento, 7 Seconds were left off the bill and the 2 others played a smaller venue. At the end of the night, 7 Seconds came up and played a short unannouncer set to the appreciative crowd.
The mix on this one was a bit unbalanced, so I used isotope rx7 to push the bass way up (+8 or so), plus a guitar boost.

The Copyrights- The Boardwalk, Orangevale Ca. 6/4/15 Multicam

This one turned out pretty well, despite the issues I had. I overexposed one angle pretty bad, and the soundboard recording did not turn out (these new digital boards and their thumb drives are annoying!). Thanks to The Copyrights for allowing me to tape and to Agelos for the editing. Sorry the sound is so lame.. Filmed with 2 HFG10s on tripods and 1 HFG30 on monopod
