This one is from Tony Passarell’s collection and what you see on the disc is all I know about it. If you have any more detail about the session- venue/studio/house etc, please let me know. I tried a newspaper dot com search and nothin’.

Yesterday we heard the news that The Boardwalk is closing for good. Even though it was a bit of a hike from Sacramento, it had a ton of great/legendary shows. My most memorable times there were in the mid 2000’s- 7 Seconds/Groovie Ghoulies in 2005 and The Muffs in 2006. It’s a shame when venues close and it seems that the pandemic is accelerating the closure of a lot of them.
Please support the local independent venues that remain, once it is safe to do so. We are running out of them.
In honor of the Boardwalk, here is a recording that Anonymous made in 2007. I missed the show- I can’t remember why. I was out of town a lot in 2007/08.
