Sick Burn- Harlow’s, Sacramento Ca 10/3/22 4K UHD Multicam with Matrix Audio Hardcore Thrash RAD

I hope everyone is surviving the endless rain- I woke up this morning and the backyard was a pond once again- I did not even hear the storm!
Here is a new set of multicams from a show at Harlows back in October. First band up was one of the most established in the local scene- I was puzzled as to why they were opening the show, but glad to see them play a room like Harlow’s. The club is lit well enough to see Lory when she jumps into the pit to sing.
My only regret/mistake with this one is with the audio matrix. I mixed Lori’s vocals a bit too low and it bugs me a bit. I might re-do the audio on this one and re-post. You know, in my “spare time”

Sick Burn- Cafe Colonial, Sacramento Ca. 6/29/22 4K UHD Canon HFG60 Rode Videomic Pro Stereo

I got to the Negative Approach/Sick Burn/Holehog show late and Holehog was playing. It was so crowded in the room that there was no way to get to a spot to film them. So, missed Holehog.
Next up was Sick Burn. So not only did I get there late, but I was totally unprepared. All my time between set breaks was spent scrambling to find battery packs and memory cards for the next set. Unfortunately, that made me miss almost the entire first song, a killer cover of Uncontrollable Urge. This is what happens when you shoot 1.2TB of video over 4 days, then try to make it to a show with 1 day break.

Sick Burn- Colonial Theatre, Sacramento Ca. 2/20/20 4K UHD Live Hardcore Punk Canon HFG50

First off, check out that thumbnail of Anthony. See that smile? That’s what a week in Hawaii will do for you.
Sick Burn was second up, at the unbelievably stacked Saturday show. They sounded great! Shout out to Travis the sound guy- it sounded pretty damned good all night.

Sick Burn- The Colony, Sacramento Ca. 12/13/19 4K UHD Live Hardcore

Here is Sick Burn’s first show back after they toured Japan. I was worried that my filming was going to be too jumpy/active, but it works for them. Trying to keep track of Lory as she ran through the crowd kept me on my toes. I missed about a song due to a battery change.

SICK BURN – Cafe Colonial, Sacramento Ca 6/6/18 RAD Hardcore

I finally got to see Sick Burn- the new band with Craig, Anthony & Lory from RAD. Great stuff! Still intense and the new songs rule. This an extended set so we could all eat cupcakes during the intro. Craig held up well despite the extra 5min set length.
