Here is what was said about this show in a book about Green Day:
“Ben Myers, ‘Green Day – American Idiots & The New Punk Explosion’: “Having written and rehearsed an impressive amount of new material, they gradually made moves to return to public life, starting with a show they played for 150 friends in a warehouse back in Oakland on Valentine’s Day 1997.””

This is that show. This tape seems to have been hidden since then until now.
