Jawbreaker- Off the Alley, Homewood Il. 3/31/94 xfer from unknown gen VHS tape Live East Bay Punk

I don’t have much time so this one needs to be quick. Here is another one from the Turn it Around digitizing project, from Jason Ross’ collection. The gen is unknown but it is relatively low. It looks like only 1 song in inferior quality has made its way to YT so far.

Arlo Guthrie- Coach House, San Juan Capistrano Ca 3/24/94 xfer from DAT Master Live Complete Show

The coach house was a strange place. The entrance looks like the photo here, then you go down an entry hallway to the right, and there is the venue. It was a sit-down dinner type of thing, so it was always really hard to tape with people constantly hovering over you. I had recalled this tape being pretty awful but I just spot checked and it doesn’t suck. I’m sad that Arlo hung it up recently, but I got to see him a few times in the mid-90s and it was always a good time.

The Queers- Corvallis, OR 3/14/94 xfer from 1st gen soundboard cassette Lookout Records Punk

Big thank to Tim Davenport for sending his cassettes over for digitizing. This one was very clean, but vocal heavy and little to no bass in the mix. I did what I could in Izotope to fix it up.

Ozzy Osbourne- KROQ Loveline, Pasadena Ca 3/13/94 xfer from DAT FM Master Tape

Here’s an old one that I recorded on DAT a long time ago. Looking back, I wish I had recorded more of these but life was super busy… and money was tight.
Here is Ozzy mumbling his way through a loveline. This is mostly Rikki Rachtman and Drew answering questions and Ozzy interjects occasionally.

Mazzy Star- Trees, Dallas Tx 3/9/94 Live Audience Recording xfer from DAT Master Clone

Here’s another show from that DAT that I got from David Patterson about 25 years ago. It looks like this one is also uncirculated. It’s a little bassy, but sounds pretty good!
