Tommy Stinson- Cowboys in the Campfire, Phono Select, Sacramento 11/27/17

Hi Everyone, I tried sending download links to everyone who was at the show but I don’t think anyone actually downloaded it, so here it is in EASY TO LISTEN TO YOUTUBE FORMAT. Geez people. 🙂 I used my DPA4061 stealth mics for this one and it turned out great. It is a strange feeling, standing about 5 feet from the performer with these mics on you. Tommy was super nice- I bought a shirt and he autographed it. He signed it “To Shayne- I love you”. That may have been the drink talking, because I haven’t heard from the guy.

Danny Secretion Band- Cafe Colonial, Sacramento Ca. 11/18/17 5 Camera Multicam w/ Rode VPS Audio Secretions Set

Man, this was such a great show. Danny doing all of the Secretions’ hits with an all-star band- Bear Williams & Joe McKinney on Guitar, Matt Bennett on bass, and Jeffrey Hollandsworth on drums. I think that Danny sounded so good because he was able to concentrate on singing, rather than drums + vocals.

Unsteady Heights- Old Ironsides, Sacramento LIVE 11/17/17 Kevin 7 Seconds new band! Canon HFG30

Danny Secretions Birthday Bash was in full swing last night at Old Ironsides. The lineup was STACKED- Slattern V (great band), Vinnie Guidera & the dead birds (pulled out a good misfits cover), and then Kevin came on with his NEW all star band of Tom Hutchison (bass) and Grub Mitchell on drums. They did a set of ALL NEW material that Kevin wrote over these past 4 months. How does he do that? He writes 10 new songs for us song forge member, PLUS he pops out these. He’s like a song fountain. The new stuff is excellent- check it out! Oh, and Danny’s birthday celebration continues tonight at The Colony/Colonial Café and tomorrow night at The Blue Lamp. BE THERE!!!
