FRACK!- Cafe Colonial, Sacramento Ca 2/15/23 4K UHD Multicam with Rode Audio Black Flag cover

Here’s one for all of youse guys who went to the Black Flag show last night- forward to about 32:00 for the ultimate dirge cover of My War. I think this is the longest set I have seen Frack play- there are some new songs in there. Hell, watch the whole thing. Unfortunately, the G50 on the bracket above the door vibrates a bit- they were pretty heavy on the low end!

FRACK!- Sacramento Rehearsal Studios, Sacramento Ca. 7/23/21 4K UHD Live Lumix GH5S Punk

Here is FRACK!’s set from Friday night. This was the most energetic set I have ever seen from them, and it was clear that they were having a blast. Unfortunately, this was the last band I filmed on Friday. I had been up for 24 hours at that point and was falling asleep. I really wanted to catch Solanum…

I brought my gear to run a multicamera, but the folks at Forbidden Place Records already had that covered and were doing a live stream (check it out on Forbidden Place Records’ facebook page). I decided to film single camera in 4k for any of you resolution snobs.

FRACK! – Den of Sin, Sacramento Ca. 10/25/19 4K UHD Live

Between Friday and Saturday night, I filmed 12 bands over 3 shows. Man, am I sore today. I only screwed up 1 set, but it was an important one. Ouch.
Anyway, here is the first set of the weekend. FRACK! opened the insanely packed bill of EYEHATEGOD/Negative Approach/Sheer Terror/Accused A.D./Final Conflict. They played EARLY and sounded great. Too bad no one was there to see it- there were maybe 20 non-band members in the place at 6:30… and probably 100-150 paid in total. I was shocked at the light turnout for this bill. I know there was a lot of stuff happening on Friday, but COME ON.

FRACK! – Den of Sin, Sacramento Ca. 10/25/19 Multicamera Punk Black Flag Rode Videomic Pro Audio

A couple weeks back, I mentioned that we still had 47 shows pending multicam edits… well, I forgot about 3 more and this is one of them. Here is FRACK! with their opening set of a massive 7 band bill last october. They started SUPER early, at about 5pm or so. These Den of Sin multicams turn out so nice because of the lighting there. Check them out- one of the more entertaining local acts. Set ends with their killer cover of “Rise Above” by Black Flag!

Frack! – Blue Lamp, Sacramento Ca. 7/12/19 Live HD Master Video Canon HF G40 Black Flag cover

I have seen Frack about 5 times now and this was their best set I have seen. You could tell that they were pretty happy to be opening the sold-out Flipper show. The new songs sound great, while keeping in the best of the older ones. Features the crowd pleasing Rise Above cover, like you’ve never heard before!
