Bobby Joe Ebola & the Children MacNuggits- 924 Gilman, Berkeley 11/7/14 Multicam with Matrix Audio 1

Here’s the mighty Bobby Joe Ebola, opening for The Avengers at 924 Gilman last year. This was the start of the awesome rock weekend with Jim Utz! Thanks to Agelos for the edit and to Jason Ellis for the audio work. I’m posting this for Ken Doose, who is laid up in the hospital right now. Get better soon and get out of there! I hope this cures a bit of boredom for you. Make some requests and I’ll post them for you. And no, I don’t have any beatles, bad dress sense, or sewer trout that you don’t already have! 🙂

Bobby Joe Ebola & The Children MacNuggits – “Vicarious Fame (I’m Hip)” (Casa De Chaos 01/21/11)

Bobby Joe Ebola & The Children MacNuggits live at Casa De Chaos in Sacramento, CA 01/21/11. SONG: Vicarious Fame (I’m Hip) LYRICS: I’m hip I’m cool I’m on a first-name basis with the people Who do the things I want to be They’ll take me out and buy me drinks Girls will pay attention; they will want to party with me & buy me food, and they’ll tell their friends & that is how my legend begins With my newfound status I’ll try to get into places free & bring some toadies too Vicarious friends for vicarious fame I hung out at the bridge when I was in 9th grade & I gave my lunch to the hessians so they wouldn’t throw me in the creek I liked that better than what I’ve got now I’m hip I’m cool I’m on a first-name basis with the people Who do the things I want to be They’ll take me out and buy me drinks Visit their website: http://bobbyjoeebola.com

Bobby Joe Ebola & The Children MacNuggits – “The Crazy” (The Hub 11/21/10)

Bobby Joe Ebola & The Children MacNuggits The Hub Sacramento, California 11-21-10 SONG: The Crazy LYRICS: I don’t want to go outside today Things are getting just a little too weird even for me But if you can make it over here We can toast the end of everything It doesn’t matter who started it A brand new flag is waving on every stinking station Maybe when you’ve had a little sleep You’ll be better conversation Do you need a car? Do you need a house? Do you need some shelter from the radiation You can crash on my couch and wait for the light to fade And I’ll shoot you at the first sign of infection I’m not what you’d call sentimental & it was always complicated Even if we remain things will never be the same And we’re already changing I build my house of steel, I build my house of lead I seal myself in tight against the radiation You seem all right but I am keeping on the light Just in case you try to kill me I let you in my house, I guess that I was wrong Maybe these things aren’t contagious Bandage up that scratch, I’ve got a pitchfork and a bat Maybe Seal was right about the Crazy Do you need some cards? Do you need some dice? Killing time and waiting for the radiation I’ve got Sorry, I’ve got RISK, The game of Life is missing pieces Why don’t you check in the basement? Do you need a car? Do you need a house? Do you need some shelter from the radiation You can crash on my couch and wait for the light to fade And I’ll shoot you at the first sign of infection VISIT THEIR WEBSITE: http://bobbyjoeebola.com
