I had been a fan of Samuel Coomes’ work ever since The Donner Party in the late 80s. I stumbled across Quasi by accident in 1997. I bought tickets to their SF shows in 1998 and 1999 (including one with Elliot Smith), and something always came up and I never made it. This was my first and only time seeing them.
