A couple of months back my fb friend Johnny Rodriguez was talking about how much he loved Texas Tornadoes, and it prompted me to pull the DAT out of the time I got to see them while I lived in So Cal.
Doug Sahm and his band opened up the show with an “All-San Antonio Band” that includes the West Texas Horns. Nice set and this one sounds better than the Tornadoes set that I’ll post tomorrow.
