Hey, it’s 6 months of On This Date in History! Is anyone sick of it yet? It can sure be a grind, so if you hate it, speak up. Haha.
It continues to amaze me that some of the old master videos had not been uploaded yet. The On This Date project has helped with that. Since it was Mike Parisi’s birthday yesterday, let’s post this one in honor of him. He is the guy you see behind the drums when this video starts.
Unfortunately, it’s not great quality. This was before I bought that Sony mic for my camera and I was using the stock mic- all it picked up was high end and distortion. This transfer was done with the old setup, where I would firewire a sony digital camcorder into the Dell workstation. One day, I will try to do a proper transfer and degrain and stuff.
