This Tour Manager Doug tape is a bit of a mystery. The tape only shows “Slayer 1/19/84” and searches for flyers, setlists or any proof of activity on that date come up empty. If you know what Slayer were doing on 1/19/84, let me know.
I don’t think Doug taped this one- this does not sound remotely like one of his master recordings- this one lacks high end but is heavier on bass.
