The Lewd- Colonial Theatre, Sacramento Ca. 2/22/20 Live 4K UHD Canon HFG50

I probably should have done some type of multicamera setup for this set, but I did not have enough time to set it all up. Plus, the Avengers and TSOL sets are 500GB between the 2 of them… my RAID is fulllll
Anyway, The Lewd were good- they sounded pretty tight for a band that doesn’t play too often. Glad I finally got to see them.

Kicker- Colonial Theatre, Sacramento Ca. 2/22/20 Live Punk 4K UHD Operation Ivy Neurosis

Kicker was up next on Saturday night. I had heard of the band and checked them out online, but I had no idea that it was a punk “supergroup” with Dave Ed from Neurosis on bass and Dave Mello from Operation Ivy/Bobby Joe Ebola and many more. What a nice surprise. Band was great, and it sounds good after I fix my mic setting.

Sick Burn- Colonial Theatre, Sacramento Ca. 2/20/20 4K UHD Live Hardcore Punk Canon HFG50

First off, check out that thumbnail of Anthony. See that smile? That’s what a week in Hawaii will do for you.
Sick Burn was second up, at the unbelievably stacked Saturday show. They sounded great! Shout out to Travis the sound guy- it sounded pretty damned good all night.

Ross the Boss- Holy Diver, Sacramento Ca. 2/14/20 DPA4061 Audio Master FULL Manowar Hail to England

What a show last night. Manowar was one of my favorite bands when I was in high school, and I never had a chance to see them perform. With Ross the Boss(original guitarist and songwriter) coming to town AND playing my favorite Manowar album in its entirety, I couldn’t miss it. Great show- a few from the new Ross the Boss band, a few from other Manowar albums including my favorite song, Battle Hymns. So happy they came to Sac for the first time ever.
