It’s time for a new old contributor to the archive! As I continue to move boxes over to the new archive location, I am digging up stuff that has been inaccessible for years. This is one of them. I think that Matt Hargrove gave these to me in 2016 or so. He was a taper/trader and handed me a big box of CDRs, so on the shelf they went.

I came across the box the other day and this was one of the first things I pulled out. Wow, the Sac Zoo used to have concerts, and there is a board tape. Cool! Joe Craven is well-known in the folk/bluegrass/festival circuit. This is from his website: “Joe Craven is a sound farmer, educator, record producer, and former museologist. For over 40 years, he has made a living preserving and playing forward the folk tradition by reimagining it as new music. Joe has recorded and played with Jerry Garcia, David Lindley, David Grisman, Vassar Clements, Rob Ickes, Alison Brown and many other innovative artists.”

This was on 2 CDR’s from Matt’s collection. Not sure of lineage.
