Thanks to Jay Onyskin for his comment on a different video from this night- it helped me piece together who this band was. Discogs: “Punk rock band from Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA, led by guitarist/vocalist Kathleen Gregg, aka, Chica Baby. Active from the mid 1990s into the early 2000s.” They released a couple full-lengths and a bunch of 7″s.
