Here’s another video from the old “going through lists and figuring out what’s uncirculated” project. This one comes from Jim Utz’ collection that he sent to be to be digitized a few years back. His friend (I CANNOT remember his name- same guy who filmed Nirvana at Bogarts) filmed a few shows after he moved to L.A. from the midwest and sent copies to Jim.
Side note- Universal Music told me that my video from Cattle Club was going to be used in the Nirvana “with the lights out” box set, then they asked for the contact person who had this video, so I helped them get in touch… I didn’t know that they were contacting him to use his video in place of mine in the box set. haha, oh well. Michael Meisel made sure I still got paid and they made my name in credits and easter egg as a result. That was nice of him.
