Today’s “On This Day in History” is late due to 2 things. First, I got a Flu,Pneumonia and Shingles vaccine yesterday and it kicked my ass. Like, waking up with fever in the middle of the night ass kicking. So I was worthless this morning. Actually, I am still worthless. I am going to blow off the 3 shows I wanted to see tonight and sleep.
Also, I can’t find the disc of the thing I was going to post today, so I had to resort to plan B. Then plan B didn’t work out(already online) so I am doing this one. I think a lot of folks will like this better anyway.
I think this is when the Hard-Ons were at the top of their game. I really loved Keish’s vocals and the pop punk side of the band, and this checks all the boxes. Great quality, performance, and song selection.
I guess that Australian radio doesn’t have an FCC equivalent- some of the discussion content is pretty wild.
