Mediocre Monday Y’all. When I inherited Mark Martin’s tape collection, he kept a few shows for himself. This was one of them and I somehow never had a copy.. or ever even seen one until I came across this one in Wayne Vanderkuil’s box of stuff. Thanks Wayne!
This was my first time seeing Exodus and it was life changing. I think we came in during their set and we were just floored with the band’s intensity. You can’t really tell with the quality of this one, but they sounded amazing. When they got to Strike of the Beast, I was converted. Bought BBB as soon as it was released a couple weeks later.
I did my best to make this listenable- despite the EQ settings, it is still suffers a bit from high end distortion.

Recorded by: ? (Wayne got it from Mark Martin, but this doesn’t sound like a Mark tape)

Equipment used: Nakamichi Dragon and M-Audio Audiophile 2496 card
EQ in sony sound forge 10. See photo in the FB announcement post to believe it. Boosted bass like crazy, highs minus infinity.
