Here’s a serious rarity. I was going to post a Rancid show with BJA on guitar but the vocals get buried in the mix and needs a little work, so I snagged this one instead. The Geeks were Radley Hirsch on drums/percussion (yes, that Radley. He does even more than sound engineering and installs!) along with a bunch of bay area musicians doing Jazz/Rock over 50 years ago. They are “The Geeks(2)” on discogs, and have a number of records out, including a couple from Scott Soriano’s S-S records.
I think Radley told me that this was recorded on reel to reel and that he transferred it. I may be wrong on this, but pretty sure.
