Mike Blanchard and Vinny Montoya- Morgans Mill, Woodland 1/23/26 Californios Tattooed Love Dogs Sdbd

We have a NEW contributor to the Sac Music Archive! Scott Schiller and Chuck (Jonemery) Dodds have started to record the excellent Morgan’s Mill shows in Woodland. I really appreciate them- these guys do a weekly segment on the Sac Music Archive on their KDRT show called “That California Sound” on Monday evenings, so they have been supporting us for a while.

Mike Blanchard and Vinny Montoya played the Mill last weekend. These 2 guys have been playing together for over 30 years- first in the Tattooed Love Dogs in the 1990s, then in Mike Blanchard and the Californios more recently.

Kevin Seconds and Alex Walker- Morgan’s Mill, Woodland Ca 1/16/26 Digital Soundboard Master

It’s time for another collections post from new contributor Scott Schiller. Scott and Jonemery (Chuck) Dodds are promoting a new series of shows in the Davis/Woodland area. It looks like they started at Morgan’s Mill in Woodland and they are now doing some stuff at Watermelon Music in Davis, but I saw another show at the Mill in March. Go follow left of the dial promotions if that is your jam, as the kids say.

This show took place about a month ago with Kevin and Alex. Almost 2 hours of song swaps and stories. It’s a bit dynamic, so turn it up.
