Kreator- Hard Rock Live, Wheatland Ca. 10/30/22 4k UHD Full Show open for Mercyful Fate

Kreator opened up the Mercyful Fate show with a ripping set. I have not followed them closely since the 80s, but it was an impressive set. They closed the show with 2 I knew- Pleasure to Kill and Flag of Hate.
Again, the audio is only OK due to a low battery in my DPA audio preamp. D’oh, live and learn.

Finally, here is today’s On This Date in History post. I searched all over the web and newspapers dot com and I can’t find a venue name or an ad for this show. The band played 2 nights before in Buffalo, so the date seems to be right. They were opening for Suicidal Tendencies on the 25th, so either this headlining show (or the ST show) was a one-off.

OK Everybody- I made a mistake with yesterday’s On This Date in History post. I had a super busy day and was in a hurry, so I pulled the DVD and uploaded it without checking it. I accidentally pulled a Testament show from Philadelphia in 1989 which is already on YT in better quality so I deleted it. Here is the Kreator video I should have posted yesterday.

The one good thing about the mistake is that Sacramento flyer king Ken Doose had a flyer image for this Kreator show, with the venue name! So we now have more info and an appropriate image for the facebook posts.
