Collections post from Ken Doose’s collection today. One of the things I like most about Ken’s tapes is that he documented a LOT of bands that would have never been heard otherwise. This is an example. Jalopy had Skippy Webber (R.I.P.) on vocals, and I don’t know the other band members. This might be their only recorded example of the band.

Eric(I presume) did a pretty good job with the mix on this one. The guitar and bass were a bit low in the mix, but the mix was full and everything stayed consistent, so it was a perfect candidate for a rebalance.

I also appreciate Ken for taping while I was living in L.A. Only a couple people taped shows here from 92-85.
