Roger Waters- Golden 1 Center, Sacramento Ca 9/20/22 4K UHD Multicam w/DPA 4061 Audio

OK everyone. Here is a fun one. Waters posts from this tour have been getting takedown notices and copyright strikes issued. So, in comes my friend “frenchonionsoupandkittylitter” to secretly host this one!
I really wanted to go to this show, but I wasn’t going to pay arena prices for tickets. Luckily, prices dropped on day of show and I snagged a nice ticket (lower level, row J?) for 50 bucks. Then I discovered that a taping friend (Tyler Jones) also filmed the set from the other side of the arena. They were a huge pain in the ass to synch and edit (thanks and sorry Tromster), but we made it work! Enjoy.

Foo Fighters- Golden 1 Center, Sacramento 12/7/21 4k UHD Video w/Multichannel Soundboard Audio

I did not go to the Foo Fighters show last night. I was home with the kids. Jason Johnson was there and he filmed a couple of songs! Not only that, but “hoserama” also provided multitrack soundboard audio that sounds really nice, even before he has had time to mix it down.

Iron Maiden- Golden 1 Center, Sacramento Ca 9/9/19 Master DPA4061 + ALD Matrix

You get TWO posts after 10pm on the 10th. I promise you that this won’t be an ongoing thing, haha. My insanely busy time is just about over so you will see reasonably-timed posts from here on out.

I taped Iron Maiden at Golden 1 abut 5 years ago and I forgot that I pulled down all of my maiden because they were handing out copyright strikes. I think I can put this one up without fear of punishment.

A guy named “jerryfreak” (I don’t think that is his real name) took my DPA4061 audience recording and matrixed them with the ALD soundboard feed to make a full sounding soundboard/audience matrix. Thanks Jerryfreak!

Iron Maiden- Golden 1 Center, Sacramento 9/9/19 New Audio Source DPA 4061 mics LIVE

Here’s my audio recording from Monday night’s show. The bass was a little overpowering so I shaved off about 2db of low end, and it is STILL boomy. Much better audio than the camera’s audio in my opinion. It starts out a little muddy and they get it dialed in at about 45:00. Fwd to at least 7:30 to see how it sounds- the beginning is a little messy.

Iron Maiden- Golden 1 Center, Sacramento Ca. 9/9/19 4K UHD Live Full Complete Show

I have mixed feelings about this one. The ZS70 has a “feature” where it loses focus when you pan and zoom, so you can see me constantly refocusing… which annoys the hell out of me. With that said, I was able to get some really nice closeups. I do have a much better audio source, so please let me know if you think it is worth synching that audio with this video. I am on the fence.
The video is still processing- it has been more than a day so far and is currently at 1080p. If you want to see it in 4k, give it a day or so.
