Alright. Even though it’s not in its permanent location, the VHS transfer setup is up and running. Just did this Ken Doose VHS tape. It seems to be a 1st gen VHS tape, but I don’t know for sure. It was super dark so I did the brightness and contrast adjustments in virtualdub before capturing, and then enhanced it again and denoised in Adobe/Neat. It turned out pretty decent compared to what it was before. Audio is still ROUGH though.
