The Moans- Press Club, Sacramento Ca. 2/7/19 Canon HFG40 HD Master Live

Here’s The Moans’ set from the show on Thursday night. I think these guys are one of the best Ramones-core bands around (not just Sacramento- anywhere). They played a few songs I didn’t recognize, plus some old favorites. The set was TOO Short at 25 minutes! They were being overly considerate with a 5 band bill on a Thursday night, which tells you how cool they are.
Diana Steele- Danny’s shout out to Bobby is at the 12:30 mark. The audio is a bit low between songs.

it is always such a treat to see The Strange Party play. They only play a couple of times per year, so I try to head out to see them every time. When they open for the Undead, that’s a no-brainer to go. I wish more people thought like that- Press should have been packed last night.

It is always a thrill when people whose music you have loved for a LONG time let you video their band. It’s even better when someone else (I am not a promoter by trade) brings them to town (thanks Dave!).
It was just amazing that this tour happened at all. A few weeks before the tour was scheduled to start, Bobby suffered a fall in the studio and broke his hip. He had surgery and still played the tour. That is an unbelievable amount of toughness.
The band showcased “Act Your Rage”, since it was the album’s 30th anniversary.

TOTAL CHAOS live in Sacramento – Feb 5th, 2019 @ Holy Diver via Zoran Theodorovic and Capital Chaos TV

2017 over 28 years ago (Sept.-Oct. 1989) in Pomona Valley, CA was the birth of Total Chaos. Created out of the desperate need to save a dying genre of punk rock- during a time that the market was saturated with a more commercial new style. Along the side of a dedicated few other bands who believed in the dying genre and all that it represented- to them it was not only music- but a forum- to convey important political and social views. Total Chaos along with many others started organizations such as- UVP (United Valley Punks) OCP (Orange County Peace Punks) and AGC (Alternative Gathering Collective)- holding social events like- Food Not Bombs- giving support to the Big Mountain Indian Reservation and helping to open the Los Angeles Anarchist Center
