When I posted the Yeastie Girlz set from this tape, someone asked about Desperate Minds. Here you go. At least 1 person will be excited, haha. Desperate Minds were active in the late 80s and put out an album and a 7″. I’m not sure if they toured much beyond this- the list yields nothing at all.
