The Mimes started in Sacramento and moved to Los Angeles in the late 1980’s. This one is from Mimes(and former Redrum/Circus of Power etc) drummer Scott Capizzano’s collection of tapes. It seems that these songs never made it out anywhere.

Today’s audio collections post is from Scott Capizzano’s box of goods. The Mimes started in Sacramento in the late 80s and then moved to Los Angeles and had quite a bit of momentum/publicity before hanging it up. Scott played drums in the band and he still drums to this day. I think he might be on the road with Handsome Dick Manitoba again…
A bunch of Sacramento folks should enjoy this one- they had a big fan base here before they moved away.
