Mob Rule was next up at the Camp Fire benefit. Half the band was sick, but you couldn’t tell once they hit the stage. Great performance with a bonus Ground Chuck appearance on the Judas Priest cover “Breaking the Law”

Since Justin now lives out of state, I try to make a point to attend any Polyorchids show that is announced. This was one of the best performances I have seen, and they played with a ton of energy. Sorry for the camera bouncing around a bit. I was rocking. and singing. Check out the new-ish album. It sounds amazing and the new songs are great!

This is what got me out of the house- I am a hopeless Misfits fan. I was duped into flying to Chicago to see Danzig and Doyle play a “one time only” show, then paid WAY TOO MUCH to see The Original Misfits in Las Vegas. At least I used my nerd glasses to video that one.
So I was curious to see how Vinnie would pull this off. I mean, how good could a misfits set be with an acoustic guitar? The answer is DAMNED GOOD. This was awesome. I had as much fun here as I did running from security in vegas. Well done, sir! I hope you don’t hear me singing along.

After trick or treating with the kids, I hustled over to The Press Club to see the halloween covers show. Man, it was packed! I wish the bands saw this size of crowd when they played their own songs!
Anyway, here is Chrome Ghost doing their sludgy versions of Nirvana classics. It was fun.
Jim Mclain also filmed the show and tried to edit our angles together and it didn’t work out.. thanks for trying! Now you have 2 videos of the show to enjoy.

Welp, I screwed up. I only brought 1 32GB card to record the show because it should have been plenty. I realized today that I forgot to clear off the Judas Priest show I recorded last month from the card. So I only got 10min of Danger Inc before running out of card space. Sorry- rookie move.
Danger Inc’s new album is a must buy. I have not listened to it yet, but the handmade packaging is AMAZING and totally 1 of a kind. Go buy it!

Sad Girlz Club was the main reason why I left the house last night, and I am glad I did. They gave us a preview of the new album that they just finished by playing the entire thing live. I sure hope a label catches wind of their greatness and puts it out. I could see them being labelmates with City Mouse. DIdja hear that, It’s Alive Records?

This was The Tastebudz’ first show ever, after 4 practices! The members are: Salty on Drums, Sweet on Guitar and vocals, and Sour on Bass and vocals. I don’t know if those are their real names. Salty was one of the more entertaining drummers I have seen! Very fun pop punk.
