Western Addiction played here last week, opening for the lillingtons at old I. Man, were they fun. They were hard to film because the vocalist was all over the club. They also initiated a pit at old I, which is something I had never seen before. Bravo.
This show was so packed- it was really a challenge to set up cameras in decent spots. Thanks to Jim McLain for his angle- this video would not have been nearly as good without it. Sorry to the lady who fell on my gopro stand up front. Ouch!

Equipment Used: HFG40 w/Rode Video Pro Mic, Gopro Hero4 Silver, Canon HFG10(drums), Jim’s camera.
I had seen Grim Deeds play one other time- last year at the Cafe Colonial… but I had never seen him open a show. Check out the crows reactions when he starts running through the crowd- awesome!
Huge thanks to Jim Mclain for saving my ass with his ceiling mounted angle. I had thought that I turned on the main camera (with the Rode mic) but I had no footage when I got home.
Recorded with Canon HFG40, Canon HFG10(on drummer), Gopro hero 4 silver front of stage, plus Jim’s angle. Edit by Tromster.
