When Scott asked for this one, and it made me wonder why I hadn’t posted it yet. I remembered it as a pretty nice, clean recording. It was one of the first tapes done with my D6. I got the D6 less than 2 weeks before this show, so there were no issues that were inherent with the unit… yet.
Then I listened to it. Eek. It was SUPER tinny and had no low end. I was able to EQ it and make it sound decent, but those lawn seats did NOT sound good back in the 80s. My Shoreline tape from 2 nights later had the opposite problem- no high end.
Oh, and even though I am just starting to post after noon today, you get THREE posts today. Buckle up.
